B. Action Following Receipt of a Valid Infringement Notice

After receiving a complete and valid infringement notice, Zulmoda may:

1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content;
2. Review the relevant product, listing, design, or material;
3. Notify the person or party responsible for the affected content where appropriate;
4. Request additional information from either party where necessary; and
5. Restrict or terminate access to our services in cases involving repeated infringement.

Zulmoda reserves the right to remove content at any time when we reasonably believe that it may violate intellectual property rights, applicable laws, or our policies.

C. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content removed or disabled as a result of an infringement notice was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

A valid counter-notification should contain:

1. Identification of the removed contentIdentify the content that was removed or disabled and, where possible, provide the location where it appeared before removal.
2. Statement under penalty of perjuryA statement that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. Consent to jurisdictionFor counter-notifications submitted under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act, include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States Federal District Court as required by applicable law and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original infringement notice or their authorized agent.
5. SignatureYour physical or electronic signature.

D. Restoration of Removed Content

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may provide a copy to the party who submitted the original infringement complaint.

Where applicable under the DMCA, removed content may be restored approximately 10 to 14 business days after receipt of a valid counter-notification unless the complaining party informs us that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to prevent restoration of the content.

Restoration of content remains subject to applicable law, our internal review, and our website policies.

E. Repeat Infringers

Zulmoda takes intellectual property rights seriously.

Where appropriate, we may suspend or permanently terminate relationships with users, designers, suppliers, or other parties who repeatedly submit or provide infringing content.

We may also remove products or listings without prior notice when necessary to protect intellectual property rights or comply with applicable law.

F. False or Misleading Claims

Please note that submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent infringement claims may result in legal liability.

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including certain costs and attorneys’ fees.
